Set a max of 10 tasks per day, with at least 3 of them being relatively quick and easy to complete, like responding to an email or making a call. However, lists can be much shorter than ten tasks. Remember, you can revise the list midday to ensure you are on track, and plan out the rest of your day based on what you have yet to complete.
